It is VERY important to us that you end up buying the RIGHT bike. We prefer that you testride the bike, that we adjust it properly to you and that you compare with a few other models. Just to make sure it is right.

Furthermore, buying LOTS of packaging, time to wrap a bike properly + shipping - would most like cost more than 1000dkk per bike. You do not want to pay for that, just to end up getting the wrong one.

Of course you can sell your Buddha Bike back to us. Unless excessive damages due to vandalism or mistreatment is present, you can expect the following to be the case.
Within 7 months of purchase-date we will buy back the bike for 50% of the price you paid for it in Buddha Bikes.
"Station bikes" are not eligible for Buyback.
We will not buy back any accessories you bought so consider dismounting accessories you would like to keep.
We will need to see some ID that proves that you are in fact the same person that bought the bike to begin with.

Of course we offer warranty.
Our survival is dependent on our reputation which in turn is dependent on you being both satisfied and all complaints treated well. The limits of our warranty is defined Danish law and denoted as "Reklamationsret". Basically, if anything was wrong with the product when purchased, we are obliged to cover you. I.e. a component that seems fine but after a while reveals that it is anything but. The law requires this to covered for two years. We extend it to three to show you we are serious.

Sometimes mistakes are made and wrong purchases made.
Within 7 days of purchase you can get a full refund for bike you bought with us. We only require that you pay us for making it ready for sale again which is the cost of a checkup. Call us for the current price for a checkup if you wish to know.
20% Lifetime discount
20% Lifetime discount
When you have bought a Buddha Bike, we want you to keep riding it. For decades. This requires maintenance which can be costly over the years.
Hence a 20% discount on all repairs on bikes bought from us, to the person to sold it. Inner tube changes are exempt.
